Tragic news has emerged from the world of Kannywood as renowned film director Aminu Surajo Bono has reportedly passed away on Monday evening. The film industry icon collapsed during the night and was swiftly rushed to the hospital, where, regrettably, medical professionals declared him dead upon arrival.
On Tuesday, the deceased will be buried in accordance with Muslim customs.
Actor Ali Nuhu honored Bono in an Instagram message on Monday night, confirming his passing.

“He wasn’t sick,” Bangis said. We were meant to meet earlier, but after our phone call, I was notified that he collapsed and was transported to the hospital, where physicians confirmed his death.”
Director Bangis further stated that the funeral will be held Tuesday morning in accordance with Muslim traditions.
