Renowned artist Burna Boy has disclosed that his phone is currently in the possession of his disciplinary committee due to his controversial remarks about fellow musician Davido.
Earlier today, Burna Boy made headlines following his throwing of shade at Davido after a 30 BG fan criticized him for not winning any of his four Grammy nominations.
Responding to a Davido fan who called him “Ode” and taunted him for missing out on all Grammy nominations, Burna Boy retorted in his usual confrontational style, asserting that the person in the Davido fan’s profile photo was the real subject of mockery.
Shortly thereafter, Burna Boy took to Twitter to announce that his phone had been confiscated—presumably by his mother—as a preventive measure to curb further online controversy.
