During an interview with Classic FM, the doctor highlighted the physiological principle: “If you don’t use it, you lose it.”

Dr. Rasheed emphasizes that erections, which are induced solely through sexual activity, are crucial for exercising the prostate gland in men.

According to his findings, research suggests that men should aim for sexual activity twenty-one times a month to mitigate the risk of cardiovascular issues and prostate cancer.

To achieve this, he advises men to persuade their partners for regular intimacy or, if possible, consider alternative arrangements.
