The herbs seller, Eniola Fagbemi has shared an update, revealing that she won't be attempting to set a Guinness World Record (GWR) by cooking agbo for 300 hours.

It's a change of plans for the Oyo native who, on November 26, had enthusiastically declared her intention to try her hand at this culinary marathon in Ibadan on December 1. However, in a recent Facebook post on Monday, December 4, Eniola cited the responsibilities of motherhood as a limiting factor, mentioning that she is currently nursing her child.

The 25-year-old candidly discussed the challenges she faced during the marathon practice, specifically mentioning her baby's health. In a poignant revelation, she posted a photo of her toddler who, according to Eniola, is going through teething and ended up in the hospital due to the demands of her rehearsal schedule.

Eniola emphasized the health risks for her child, stating:

“…Exposing her to long hours of smoke is a danger to her health, and she’s currently teething, and more clingy to me. “Just for the past few days of me doing rehearsals for the Agbo A Thon, has landed her in the hospital because she was lacking my attention.”

“The decision for me to cancel my Agbo A Thon was a hard one, but I believe my daughter will be proud of me in the future that I choose her health first before any other thing.”
