A Nigerian man based in Chicago, identified as Solomon Idowu, has issued a public apology to the seasoned singer, Seun Kuti, after making threats against his life online. This apology comes in the wake of an incident at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport where Seun Kuti confronted Solomon over the online threats directed at him and his family.

Initially maintaining a defiant stance, Solomon eventually yielded to pressure and publicly apologized to Seun Kuti. Taking responsibility for his actions, he recorded a video stating that he should be held accountable if any harm befalls Femi Anikulapo’s son in Chicago.

“If anything happens to Seun, my name is Solomon Idowu; I am a citizen of the United States, and I live in Chicago. If anything happens to Seun in Chicago, I’ll be responsible. This is because of some miscommunications between us,” he asserted.

Despite extending a hand of friendship, Seun Kuti promptly rejected the gesture.
