American rapper, Kodak Black, has recently found himself in legal trouble, facing charges of cocaine possession, tampering with evidence, and violating the terms of his probation.
The 26-year-old artist was apprehended in South Florida on Thursday. According to a police statement, Kodak Black was observed with drugs, reportedly nodding off in a Bentley in Plantation at 3 a.m.
Kodak Black was held at the Broward County jail but was granted permission to leave on Thursday night, as reported by NBC Miami.

It's worth noting that former US President Donald Trump commuted Black's 46-month prison sentence for falsifying information on federal forms to buy firearms.
The rapper has a history of legal issues, having been previously convicted of grand theft of a firearm, marijuana possession, child negligence, and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
For these charges, he was sentenced to seven months in a Florida prison. Additionally, Kodak Black had faced accusations of armed robbery, sexual assault, breaking probation, possession of weapons, and evading law enforcement.
