Late singer, Mohbad’s management is reportedly taking legal action against Mohbad’s father for defamation of character. The management is demanding a retraction of his damaging statements and seeking N200M in damages.
In a recent TVC interview, Mohbad’s father claimed that his 26-year-old late son had a will, alleging it was thumbprinted and unsigned. The management, in response, released a statement denying the claim, deeming the existence of such a will unreal and unprecedented.

According to a legal letter purportedly sent by Mohbad’s management through their lawyers, the singer's father is being sued. The management is demanding an apology along with a retraction of his 'slanderous' statements. Additionally, they are seeking N200M in damages.
