A Nigerian lecturer, Austine Imoniche Oviosun, is causing a stir as he explains why he willingly engages in cooking and doing laundry for his wife.

His revelation came in response to a question about whether men would be willing to let their wives send them to the market to buy groceries. The lecturer expressed his openness to not only buying but also cooking and washing his wife's clothes whenever he gets the chance.

He emphasized that his actions stem from love and the belief that marriage should be a union between two understanding individuals. In response to a question by mikebamiloye, Austine Imoniche Oviosun stated, “Not only buy.. I cook for her and wash her clothes when I can… marriage is a union of two understanding persons. Call me a woman wrapper; I don't care. I love my wife, and that is the most important thing.”

I automatically increased her monthly allowance because of what my eyes saw in the market; my mouth couldn't express it.”
