According to reports on Gistreel, the pastor publicly singled out the student, using a Sjambok—a traditional whip in South Africa. Parents seeking justice allege the school initially denied the incident until other students confirmed it.
Outraged parents are now demanding the pastor's removal and disciplinary action. The student's parents advocate for therapy, claiming the ordeal has impacted her ability to concentrate in school.
In response, the school released a statement announcing a disciplinary hearing for the pastor, a medical evaluation for the student, and reported the incident to the police.
