Renowned Nollywood actor Kunle Remi has taken to his social media platform to express his discontent with colleagues in the Nigerian film industry, which he describes as both petty and dirty.

Despite delivering an outstanding performance in the film “Anikulapo,” Kunle Remi did not secure any awards at the 2023 African Magic Viewers Choice (AMVCA). In a candid message shared on X (formerly Twitter), he shed light on the challenges faced within the Nollywood industry.

According to Kunle, the industry tends to be opportunistic, and if individuals cannot be utilized for personal gain, they may face consequences such as being unfollowed or blocked. He boldly stated, “Petty, dirty industry if they can’t use you, they will block or unfollow you. Shiorrr.."
