Asake Unveils Custom Nigeria Coat of Arms Chain

Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Asake has once again attracted attention for his distinctive fashion choices after unveiling a custom-made chain inspired by Nigeria’s Coat of Arms.

The eye-catching jewellery piece combines luxury design with a recognisable national symbol, adding a new talking point to the singer’s growing collection of statement accessories.

According to a report, the pendant features a customised interpretation of Nigeria’s Coat of Arms. The national emblem is known for its black shield, two white horses supporting it on either side, an eagle positioned above the shield, and a scroll bearing the country’s motto, “Unity and Faith, Peace and Progress.” The design has long represented Nigeria’s identity and national heritage.

The chain has drawn interest because of its connection to Nigerian identity. Rather than simply showcasing an expensive accessory, the design brings a familiar national symbol into contemporary celebrity fashion. Its appearance also highlights how African entertainers increasingly use jewellery, clothing and other visual elements to express individuality and cultural identity.

Asake, whose real name is Ahmed Ololade, has built a reputation for combining his music with an unmistakable visual style. From elaborate stage outfits to distinctive custom jewellery, his fashion choices have become part of his public image. The singer has previously attracted attention for a custom white-gold chain featuring a soldier riding a skateboard, designed in collaboration with luxury jeweller A Jewellers. That piece was reported in September 2025 and featured extensive diamond detailing.

The reported unveiling of the Nigeria Coat of Arms-inspired chain adds another chapter to Asake’s fashion journey.

While the accessory’s exact price and material specifications have not been independently confirmed, its design has already become a subject of interest among fans and entertainment observers.

For now, the standout feature is its blend of luxury craftsmanship and national symbolism, reinforcing Asake’s ability to generate conversation beyond music.
