South African DJ and producer DJ Jaivane presents Mended Pieces, a 15-track Amapiano album released on October 9, 2026, through Ziiki Media. The project brings together an extensive lineup of vocalists, producers, and collaborators, placing soulful Amapiano at the centre of his latest full-length release.
The album opens with “Ubuhle Bakho,” featuring Ndibo Ndibs, Last Born, and KayMo Grillz, before moving into “Ingoma” with Wesley Keys and Smilo. Other collaborations include “Emandulo” with Caramelized Music, BitterSoul, Miikey Ndlovu, and Smilo, alongside “Sebenza,” “Jabula,” and “Indoda Enjani.” Across its 15 tracks, the project brings together familiar names from South Africa’s Amapiano scene.
DJ Jaivane has established himself as a notable figure in South African Amapiano, building his reputation through DJ sets, production work, and collaborative releases. His catalogue includes The Reconciliation and Onkgopotse, projects that provide context for his continued work with vocalists and fellow producers. Mended Pieces adds another chapter to that musical journey.
Several tracks on the album also connect with his recent output, including “Malunde,” “Phola,” and “Jabula,” which appeared as individual releases in 2026. Later in the tracklist, “Emajita” features Zee_nhle, “Malume” brings together Lady Du, uLazi, and Springle, while “Ibele,” featuring Zem_sa, closes the album.
Mended Pieces is available on digital music platforms, including Apple Music, Spotify, and Amazon Music. With 15 tracks and contributions from a wide range of collaborators, the album offers Amapiano listeners an extended collection to explore.
